DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE 

    If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always perform the following procedure before conducting the next test.

    1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    2. Start the vehicle and let it idle for 1 minute.
    3. Connect CONSULT and check for current ENGINE diagnostic trouble codes.
    4. Check for DTC P1A7A being current on the CONSULT screen.

    Is DTC P1A7A current?

    YES

    Go to Diagnosis Procedure .

    NO

    Inspection End.
