DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE 

    If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always perform the following procedure before conducting the next test.

    1. Check that fuel temperature is above -7°C (19°F).
    2. Turn ignition OFF for 1 minute, then turn ignition switch ON for 1 minute.
    3. Connect CONSULT and check for current ENGINE diagnostic trouble codes.
    4. Check for DTC P0191-00 being current on the CONSULT screen.

    Is DTC P0191-00 current?

    YES

    Go to Diagnosis Procedure .

    NO

    Inspection End.
