Removal and Installation: Installation

- Lubricate the O-ring seal using water based lubricant, or equivalent, and install the O-ring on the water inlet connection.NOTE: Do not use a petroleum based lubricant on the water inlet seal.

: Coolant heater
- Seat the O-ring (1) connection into the front cover and hand tighten bolts (A/B) to secure the water inlet connection (2) to the front cover.
- Tighten bolts (A/B) to the specification shown.
Bolts (A/B)
: 18 N.m (1.8 kg-m, 13 ft-lb)
- Installation of remaining components is in the reverse order of removal.
