Removal and Installation: Assembly

Install the following onto the decomposition tube and SCR catalyst assembly:
CAUTION:
- Before installing the outlet NOx sensor and SCR temperature probes, make sure threads are clear of debris and apply anti-seize lubricant.
- Do not allow anti-seize lubricant to contact the end of a sensor. Anti-seize lubricant may possibly affect sensor operation.
- Do not use anti-seize lubricant on the threads of the particulate matter sensor during assembly.
- Install the DEF dosing valve (1). Refer to Removal and Installation .
- Install the outlet NOx sensor probe (2). Refer to Removal and Installation .
- Install the SCR temperature sensor probes (4). Refer to Removal and Installation .
- Install the particulate matter sensor (3). Refer to Removal and Installation .
- Install clamps and tighten bolts. Refer to Exploded View .
