DTC Detection Logic

The Engine Control Module (ECM) detected the measured EGR flow was greater than what was being commanded based on the present engine, with the coolant above -20 degrees Celsius (-4 degrees Fahrenheit) and below 70 degrees Celsius (158 degrees Fahrenheit).
