DTC Confirmation Procedure

CAUTION: Always drive vehicle at a safe speed.
  1. PRECONDITIONING 

    If "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" is previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 25 seconds before performing the next test.

    GO TO 2 .

  2. CHECK DTC DETECTION 
    1. Clear the DTC.
    2. Start the engine.
    3. Drive vehicle and maintain the following conditions.

      Selector lever

      : D position

      Vehicle speed

      : 57 km/h (35 MPH) or more
    4. Release the accelerator pedal for at least 5 seconds.
    5. Stop the vehicle.
    6. Check the 1st trip DTC.

    Is "P2757" detected?

    YES

    Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .

    NO

    To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident .

    NO

    Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
