DTC Confirmation Procedure

- PRECONDITIONING
If "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" is previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 25 seconds before performing the next test.
GO TO 2 .
- PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
- Clear the DTC.
- Start the engine.
- Shift the selector lever to P position and wait for at least 2 seconds.
- Shift the selector lever to R position and wait for at least 2 seconds.
- Shift the selector lever to N position and wait for at least 2 seconds.
- Shift the selector lever to D position and wait for at least 2 seconds.
- Check the DTC.
Is "P0705" detected?
YES
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .
NO
To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident .
NO
Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
