Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FRONT SONAR BUZZER SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN OR SHORT TO GROUND

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect sonar control unit and front sonar buzzer connectors.

Check continuity between sonar control unit connector M114 and front sonar buzzer connector M116.

Check continuity between sonar control unit connector M114 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2 .

Repair or replace harness or connectors.

CHECK FRONT SONAR BUZZER SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERY

Turn ignition switch ON.

Check voltage between sonar control unit connector M114 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace front sonar buzzer. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Repair or replace harness or connectors.
