Removal and Installation - Drive Belt: Removal

CAUTION: The drive belt auto-tensioner is spring-loaded and must be pivoted away from the drive belt. Pivoting in the wrong direction can result in damage to the cooling fan belt tensioner.
  1. Rotate the drive belt auto-tensioner counterclockwise to release the tension.
  2. Remove the drive belt.
