Transfer Fluid: Draining

- Stop the engine.
- Remove the drain plug (1) and drain transfer fluid.
- Apply sealant to thread of drain plug, and install it to transfer and tighten to the specified torque.CAUTION: Remove old sealant contacting the threads of drain plug.
Specified torque
: 20.5 N.m (2.1 kg-m, 15 ft-lb)
Sealant
: Hylomar 102 silicone or equivalent
