Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram .
- CHECK MIC IN SIGNAL CIRCUIT AND MIC VCC CIRCUIT CONTINUITY
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect TCU connector M197 and microphone connector R5.
- Check continuity between TCU connector M197 and microphone connector R5.

- Check the continuity between TCU connector M197 and ground.

YES
GO TO 2.
NO
Repair or replace harness or connectors.
- CHECK MIC VCC VOLTAGE
- Connect TCU connector M197 and microphone connector R5.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check voltage between terminals of TCU connector M197.
