Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram .
- CHECK CONTINUITY BETWEEN TCU AND AV CONTROL UNIT CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect TCU connector M197 and AV control unit connector M142.
- Check continuity between TCU connector M197 and AV control unit connector M142.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2 .
NO
Repair or replace harness or connectors.
- CHECK SOUND SIGNAL
- Connect TCU connector M197 and AV control unit connector M142.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check signal between the terminals of TCU connector M197.
