Diagnosis Procedure

  1. INTELLIGENT KEY REGISTRATION 

    SYMBOL CONSULT

    Register all Intelligent Keys again.

    Can engine be started with the registered Intelligent Key?

    YES

    Inspection End.

    NO

    GO TO 2.

  2. CHECK SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT 

    SYMBOL CONSULT

    1. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "ENGINE".
    2. Erase DTC.
    3. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE for DTC P1611. Refer to DTC Description .

    Is DTC detected?

    YES

    GO TO 3.

    NO

    Inspection End.

  3. REPLACE BCM 
    1. Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .
    2. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE for DTC P1611. Refer to DTC Description .

    Is DTC detected?

    YES

    GO TO 4.

    NO

    Inspection End.

  4. REPLACE ECM 

    Replace ECM. Refer to Removal and Installation .

    Inspection End.
