Diagnosis Procedure

  1. INTELLIGENT KEY REGISTRATION 

    SYMBOL CONSULT

    Register all Intelligent Keys again.

    Can engine be started with the registered Intelligent Key?

    YES

    Inspection End.

    NO

    GO TO 2 .

  2. CHECK SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULT 

    SYMBOL CONSULT

    1. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "BCM".
    2. Erase DTC.
    3. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE for DTC B2192. Refer to DTC Confirmation Procedure .

    Is DTC detected?

    YES

    GO TO 3 .

    NO

    Inspection End.

  3. REPLACE BCM 
    1. Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .
    2. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE for DTC B2192. Refer to DTC Confirmation Procedure .

    Is DTC detected?

    YES

    GO TO 4 .

    NO

    Inspection End.

  4. REPLACE ECM 

    Replace ECM. Refer to Removal and Installation (VK56VD) or Removal and Installation (Cummins 5.0L).

    Inspection End.
