Removal and Installation - CUMMINS 5.0L: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery or batteries. Refer to Battery Disconnect .
  2. Remove battery rod nuts and battery frame.
  3. Remove battery rods (if necessary).
  4. Remove battery cover (if necessary).
  5. Remove battery from vehicle.
