Inspection After Removal

- Inspect the hydraulic lash adjuster body for signs of wear, cracking, and other damage.
- Replace the hydraulic lash adjuster if it is damaged.
- Check the hydraulic lash adjuster bores for debris. Remove any debris, if found.NOTE: Replace all of the hydraulic lash adjusters if debris is found in the lubricating oil system.
