WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2018 Nissan Titan XD and 2018 Nissan Titan. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE:
  • There are two types of headlamps for this vehicle, Halogen and LED. Verify correct headlamp aiming procedure is used.
  • Basic illuminating area for evaluation and/or adjustment should be within range shown on aiming chart.
  • The vehicle should have its standard load, which may include any outfitting or other equipment. Any load that is normally carried in the vehicle should be in the vehicle while verifying or performing headlamp adjustment. Any other load should be removed.
  1. If equipped with manual headlamp aiming control, make sure it is set to "0".
  2. Block the opposite headlamp from projecting a beam pattern onto the adjustment screen, using a suitable object. Aim each headlamp individually.
CAUTION: Do not cover the lens surface with tape, etc.
  3. Place the screen on the same level and flat surface as the vehicle.
NOTE: Surface should be free of any debris that would cause a difference between the center of headlamp bulb and the adjustment screen.
  4. Face the front of the vehicle to the screen and position the center of headlamp bulb 7.6 m (25 ft) from the adjustment screen.
  5. Measure the distance (B) from the center of the headlamp low beam bulb to the ground.
