Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK TURN SIGNAL LAMP BULB
Check the applicable lamp bulb to be sure the proper bulb standard is in use and the bulb is not open.

Is the bulb OK?

YES

GO TO 2 .

NO

Replace the bulb.

CHECK TURN SIGNAL LAMP OUTPUT VOLTAGE

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect the front combination lamp connector, door mirror connector and the rear combination lamp connector.
Turn ignition switch ON.

With turn signal switch operating, check the voltage between the applicable front combination lamp harness connector and ground.

With turn signal switch operating, check the voltage between the door mirror harness connector D4, D107 and ground.

With turn signal switch operating, check the voltage between the rear combination lamp harness connector C13, C14 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 4.

GO TO 3.

CHECK TURN SIGNAL LAMP POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect BCM connector.

Check continuity between the BCM harness connector M80 and the front combination lamp harness connector E79 and E80.

Check continuity between the BCM harness connector M80 and the door mirror harness connector D4 and D107.

Check continuity between the BCM harness connector M20 and the rear combination lamp harness connector C13 and C14.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Repair the harness or connector.

CHECK TURN SIGNAL LAMP GROUND CIRCUIT

Check continuity between the front combination lamp harness connector E79, E80 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace the malfunctioning lamp.

Repair the harness or connector.
