Diagnosis Procedure

- CHECK LICENSE PLATE LAMP BULB
Check the applicable lamp bulb.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2 .
NO
Replace bulb.
- CHECK LICENSE PLATE LAMP POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect IPDM E/R connector E121 and license plate lamp connector C109 and C110.
- Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector E121 and license plate lamp harness connector C109 and C110.

YES
GO TO 3 .
NO
Repair or replace the harness or connector.
- CHECK LICENSE PLATE LAMP GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between license plate lamp harness connector C109, C110 and ground.
