Front Room/Map Lamp Assembly - With Front Roof Console

REMOVAL 

  1. Release the front metal clips on front room/map lamp assembly.
  2. Release the rear metal clips on front room/map lamp assembly.
  3. Remove the front room/map lamp assembly.
  4. Disconnect the harness connectors from the front room/map lamp assembly and remove.
  5. Remove the headliner (if necessary). Refer to Removal and Installation (SINGLE CAB), Removal and Installation (CREW CAB) or Removal and Installation (KING CAB ® ).
  6. Remove the front room/map lamp bracket (if necessary).
  7. Remove the front room/map lamp brace (if necessary).

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
  • Visually check metal clips for deformation and damage during installation. Replace if necessary
  • Do not apply pressure to the sunglass bin during installation.
