Diagnosis Procedure

NOTE: The Signal Tech II Tool [- (J-50190)] can be used to perform the following functions. Refer to the Signal Tech II User Guide for additional information.

Activate and display TPMS sensor IDs
Display tire pressure reported by the TPMS sensor
Read TPMS DTCs
Register TPMS sensor IDs

PERFORM BCM SELF-DIAGNOSIS
1. Replace tire pressure sensor. Refer to Removal and Installation .
2. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode in "AIR PRESSURE MONITOR" of "BCM".
3. Check DTC.
Is DTC "C1770", "C1771", "C1772", or "C1773" detected?

YES

Replace the BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .

NO

Inspection End.
