Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect battery terminals. Refer to Battery Disconnect .
    CAUTION: To prevent damage to parts, disconnect battery negative terminal first.
  2. Remove battery frame nuts, battery frame and battery rods.
  3. Remove battery cover and battery.
  4. Remove battery tray (if necessary).
