Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove steering column cover screws (A).
    NOTE:
    • Rotate steering wheel to access steering column cover screws.
    • LH shown in illustration RH similar.

  2. Using a suitable tool, release pawls and remove steering column upper cover (1). Refer to Exploded View .
  3. Pull steering column lower cover (2) downward to remove.
