NOTE:
DTC "C1A16-97" may be detected under the following conditions. (Explain to the customer about the difference between the contamination detection function and the indication when the malfunction is detected and tell them "This is not malfunction".)
- When contamination or foreign materials stick to the distance sensor area of the front bumper
- When driving while it is snowing or when frost forms on the distance sensor area of the front bumper
- When distance sensor area of the front bumper is temporarily fogged
