DTC Confirmation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. CHECK DTC PRIORITY 

    If DTC P0315 is displayed with DTC P0335, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC P0335.

    Is applicable DTC detected?

    YES

    Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC Index .

    NO

    GO TO 2.

  2. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE 
    1. Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
    2. Drive vehicle at 80 km/h, with selecting suitable gear.
      NOTE: Always keep safe driving to the first priority.
    3. Release accelerator pedal completely to decelerate the vehicle.
      NOTE: Always keep safe driving to the first priority.
    4. Repeat the step 2 and 3 until the integrated deceleration time to be 30 seconds.
    5. Check 1st trip DTC.

    Is 1st trip DTC detected?

    YES

    Proceed to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

    NO

    To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident .

    NO

    Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
