EGR VALVE : Removal & Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Do not reuse EGR outlet tube gasket and EGR volume control valve gasket.
- When installing the EGR outlet tube, use the following procedure:
- Hand tighten the EGR outlet tube nuts at the EGR volume control valve.
- Tighten the EGR outlet tube bolts at the intake manifold to the specified torque.
EGR outlet tube bolts
: 25.0 N.m (2.6 kg-m, 18 ft-lb)
- Tighten the EGR outlet tube nuts at the EGR volume control valve to the specified torque.

: 25.0 N.m (2.6 kg-m, 18 ft-lb)
