PR25DD engine: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
NOTE: Mass air flow sensor is removable without removing the air cleaner assembly.
  1. Remove the core support cover. Refer to Exploded View (with fog lamp) or Exploded View (without fog lamp).
  2. Remove clips and remove air duct 2.
  3. Loosen clamp and disconnect air duct 1 from air cleaner case (upper).
  4. Disconnect the harness connector from the mass air flow sensor.
  5. Separate the harness retainer for the mass air flow sensor from the air cleaner case (upper).
  6. Remove bolts and remove the air cleaner assembly.
  7. Release clips and separate the air cleaner case (upper) and air cleaner case (lower) (if necessary).
  8. Remove air cleaner filter (if necessary).
  9. Remove resonator A bolt and remove resonator A (if necessary).
  10. Remove resonator B using the following procedure (if necessary):
    1. Partially remove the fender protector (LH). Refer to FENDER PROTECTOR : Exploded View .
    2. Remove resonator B bolts and remove resonator B.
