Removal and Installation: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Drain engine coolant from the radiator. Refer to Draining .
    CAUTION:
    • Perform when the engine is cold.
    • Do not spill coolant on the drive belt.
  2. Remove the radiator hose (upper) from the radiator.
  3. Remove radiator hose (lower) from the water inlet.
  4. Remove water inlet and thermostat.
    CAUTION: Do not reuse rubber ring.
