CVT SHIFT SELECTOR : Removal & Installation: Removal

  1. Slide the shift selector finisher boot down, using a suitable tool remove the lock pin, and remove the selector lever knob.
  2. Remove the center console assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation (without electric parking brake) or Removal and Installation (with electric parking brake).
  3. Shift the selector lever to "P" position.
  4. Disconnect the control cable (B) from the CVT shift selector as shown.

  5. Release pawl (A) and separate control cable from CVT shift selector as shown.
  6. Disconnect the harness connector from the CVT shift selector.
  7. Remove the CVT shift selector nuts and remove the CVT shift selector.
