Level Check

1. Park the vehicle on a level surface with the engine running and parking brake set.
2. Using CONSULT-III plus, ensure that the CVT fluid temperature is between 170 deg. F to 180 deg. F (77 deg. C to 82 deg. C).
3. Shift the transmission into REVERSE for 5 seconds.
4. Shift the transmission into DRIVE for 5 seconds.
5. Shift the transmission into REVERSE for 5 seconds.
6. Shift the transmission into PARK.
7. Using Tool, remove cap (A).

8. With the vehicle in PARK and the engine running, insert Tool into the CVT fluid pipe.

   NOTE: The handle on the Tool has two positions, verify Tool is in red position (B) and not blue position (A).

9. Inspect Tool to determine the CVT fluid level.

   CVT fluid level	: 19 - 26 mm (0.75 - 1.02 in)

ADJUSTMENT 

Adjust the fluid level from the bottom of the CVT using the charge pipe. Refer to Adjustment .
