- CHECK ENGINE OIL PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE POWER SUPPLY
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect engine oil pressure control solenoid valve harness connector.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check the voltage between engine oil pressure control solenoid valve harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
Perform the trouble diagnosis for power supply circuit.
- CHECK ENGINE OIL PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE INPUT SIGNAL CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect ECM harness connector.
- Check the continuity between engine oil pressure control solenoid valve harness connector and ECM harness connector.

- Also check harness for short to power.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 3.
NO
Repair or replace error-detected parts.
- CHECK ENGINE OIL PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE
Check the engine oil pressure control solenoid valve. Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Check intermittent incident. Refer to Inspection .
NO
Replace engine oil pressure control solenoid valve. Refer to Exploded View .
