Diagnosis Procedure

CONSULT

1. Disconnect front fog lamp LH connector and front fog lamp RH connector.
2. Ignition switch ON.
3. Select "EXTERNAL LAMPS" in "Active Test" mode of "IPDM E/R".
4. With operating the test items, check the voltage between IPDM E/R harness connector and ground.

   				Off	0V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

GO TO 3.

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect IPDM E/R connectors.
3. Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and front fog lamp harness connectors.

   E200	51	E224

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 4.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect IPDM E/R connectors.
3. Check continuity between the IPDM E/R harness connector and ground.

   IPDM E/R		--	Continuity

   E200	51	Ground	No
   E201	57

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to IPDM E/R : Removal & Installation .

NO

Repair or replace harness.

Check continuity between front fog lamp harness connectors and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace front fog lamp. Refer to Removal and Installation .

NO

Repair or replace harness.
