Diagnosis Procedure
Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to WIRING DIAGRAM - JAPAN PRODUCTION , or WIRING DIAGRAM - USA PRODUCTION .
- CHECK SEAT MEMORY SWITCH SIGNAL
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect seat memory switch.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check voltage between seat memory switch harness connector and ground.

(Approx.)Seat memory switch Connector Terminals D15 1 Ground 5 2 3 Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3.
NO
GO TO STEP 2 .
- CHECK MEMORY SWITCH CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect driver seat control unit.
- Check continuity between driver seat control unit harness connector and seat memory switch harness connector.

Driver seat control unit Ground Continuity Connector Terminal B213 6 No 22 28
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Replace driver seat control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NO
Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK MEMORY SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between seat memory switch harness connector and ground.
Seat memory switch Ground Continuity Connector Terminal D15 4 Yes Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 4 .
NO
Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK SEAT MEMORY SWITCH
Refer to COMPONENT INSPECTION .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Check intermittent incident. Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .
NO
Replace seat memory switch. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
