Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK FRONT COMBINATION LAMP RH SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND

    1. Disconnect front combination lamp RH connector and IPDM E/R connector.
    2. Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and ground.
    IPDM E/R Ground Continuity
    Connector Terminal
    E218 60 No

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO 2.

    NO 

    Repair or replace harness.

  2. CHECK FRONT COMBINATION LAMP RH SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND

    1. Reconnect IPDM E/R connector.
    2. Check continuity between front combination lamp RH harness connector and ground.
    Front combination lamp RH Ground Ground
    Connector Terminal
    E240 7
    No

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    Replace front combination lamp RH. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    NO 

    Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
