Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to WIRING DIAGRAM

1. CHECK FUSES.
   
   

   Check if any of the following fuses are blown:

   Signal name	Fuse No.
   Ignition power supply	30

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES 

   GO TO STEP 2  .

   NO 

   Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit if a fuse is blown.

2. CHECK DISTANCE SENSOR POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
   
   

   Check voltage between distance sensor harness connector and ground.

   Connector	Terminal
   E21	8		OFF	0 V
   			ON	Battery voltage

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES 

   GO TO STEP 3. 

   NO 

   Repair the distance sensor power supply circuit.

3. CHECK DISTANCE SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT
   
   
   1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
   2. Disconnect the distance sensor connector.
   3. Check for continuity between distance sensor harness connector and ground.

      Distance sensor		Ground	Continuity
      Connector	Terminal
      E21	1		Yes

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES 

   Inspection End.

   NO 

   Repair the distance sensor ground circuit.
