Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK FRONT COMBINATION LAMP LH SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND

    1. Disconnect front combination lamp LH connector and IPDM E/R connector.
    2. Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and ground.
    IPDM E/R Ground Continuity
    Connector Terminal
    E217 53 No

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO 2.

    NO 

    Repair or replace harness.

  2. CHECK FRONT COMBINATION LAMP LH SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND

    1. Reconnect IPDM E/R connector.
    2. Check continuity between front combination lamp LH harness connector and ground.
    Front combination lamp LH Ground Ground
    Connector Terminal
    E239 7
    No

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    Replace front combination lamp LH. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    NO 

    Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
