Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Drain engine coolant from the radiator. Refer to CHANGING ENGINE COOLANT .
  2. Remove front air duct. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove radiator hose (lower) from the engine coolant inlet side.
  4. Remove engine coolant inlet, O-ring, gasket and thermostat. Discard the o-ring and gasket.
CAUTION: Do not reuse O-ring or gasket.
