Shift Lever Knob Replacement

NOTE:
Make sure not to get any silicone grease on the terminal part of the connectors and switches, especially if you have silicone grease on your hands or gloves.
- Grasp the shift lever boot ring, and slip it out of the shift lever knob.
- Remove the screws (A), and remove the shift lever knob (B).
- Apply silicone grease to the top (C) of the shift lever rod.
- Install a new shift lever knob, and secure it with new screws.
- Slide the shift lever boot ring over the shift lever knob until it snaps on.
