RES disc does not eject

NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first BATTERY TEST ).
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the RES.
- Before troubleshooting, make sure you have the anti-theft codes for the audio-navigation unit.
- After troubleshooting, enter the anti-theft codes for the audio-navigation unit.
- Discs with labels should not be used in the DVD player unit (built into the audio-navigation unit). They may damage the player mechanism.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Try ejecting the disc.
Does the disc eject?
YES -Intermittent failure, the DVD player unit (built into the audio-navigation unit) is OK at this time.
NO -Go to step 3.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Remove the No. 7 (10 A) fuse from the under-dash fuse relay box for 2 minutes.
- Reinstall the fuse.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Enter the audio-navigation unit anti-theft code.
- Try ejecting the disc.
Does the disc eject?
YES -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. If the problem reoccurs, replace the audio-navigation unit AUDIO-NAVIGATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
NO -Replace the audio-navigation unit AUDIO-NAVIGATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
