With AcuraLink

NOTE:
The AcuraLink must be reactivated by Acura Client Services when:
- The AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver) is replaced.
- DATA RESET was selected while in the self-diagnostic function.
- Vehicle ownership changes.
- Remove the right rear side trim panel (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - REAR SIDE AREA ).
- Disconnect the connectors (A), then remove the bolts (B) and pull out the AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver) (C).
- Install the AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver) in the reverse order of removal.NOTE: If you replaced the AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver), make sure it has the latest software (see ACURALINK CONTROL UNIT UPDATE ).
- If you replaced the AcuraLink control unit, register the new AcuraLink (XM Receiver) unit I.D. number with XM radio 800-852-9696 and Acura Client Services 800-382-2238 and request a reactivation.
