Disassembly and Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove differential side bearing inner race (clutch housing side) (1) according to the following procedures.
    1. Set a suitable tool to differential side bearing inner race (clutch housing side).
    2. Remove differential side bearing inner race (clutch housing side), using Tool (A).

      Tool number : ST33061000 (J-8107-2)

  2. Remove speedometer drive gear.
  3. Remove final gear bolts, and then remove final gear (1).

  4. Remove differential side bearing inner race (transaxle case side) (1) according to the following procedures.
    1. Set a suitable tool to differential side bearing inner race (transaxle case side).
    2. Remove differential side bearing inner race (transaxle case side), using a suitable tool (A).
