Gear Oil: Refilling

Remove filler plug (1) and gasket from transmission case.
Fill with new gear oil to transmission as shown in the figure.
Oil grade and viscosity : Refer to "FOR NORTH AMERICA : FLUIDS AND LUBRICANTS " (For North America) or "EXCEPT FOR NORTH AMERICA : FLUIDS AND LUBRICANTS " (Except for North America) .

Oil capacity : Refer to "GENERAL SPECIFICATION ".

CAUTION: Never reuse drained gear oil.
After refilling gear oil, check the oil level. Refer to "INSPECTION ".
Set a gasket on filler plug and then install it to transmission case.
CAUTION: Never reuse gasket.
Tighten filler plug to the specified torque. Refer to "WITHOUT S-MODE : EXPLODED VIEW " (Without S-MODE) or "WITH S-MODE : EXPLODED VIEW " (With S-MODE).
