- (Valve lifter clearance) = (valve lifter bore diameter) - (valve lifter outer diameter)
- Standard: 0.020 - 0.056 mm (0.0008 - 0.0022 in)
- If out of specified range, replace either or both valve lifter and cylinder head assembly.
