Removal and Installation of Auxiliary Drive Belt Auto-tensioner: Removal

  1. Remove the front RH engine side cover.
  2. Remove the auxiliary drive belt.
    • Keep the auto-tensioner pulley held back with a tool such as a short-length screwdriver.
  3. Remove the alternator. Refer to GENERATOR (QG18DE) .
  4. Remove the auxiliary drive belt auto-tensioner.
