Removal and Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Tighten the transverse link mounting bolts to specified torque. Refer to "COMPONENTS ". During installation, the final tightening must be done with the vehicle in unladen* condition and the tires on the ground.
*: Fuel, engine coolant and engine oil full. Spare tire, jack, hand tools and mats in designated positions.

CAUTION: Discard the old cotter pin and use a new cotter pin for installation of the lower ball joint nut.
Install wheel and tire. Refer to "TIRE ROTATION ".
After installation, check the wheel alignment. Refer to "FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT ".
