Changing CVT Fluid

- Warm up CVT fluid by driving the vehicle for 10 minutes.
- Drain CVT fluid from CVT fluid cooler hose (return side) and refill with new specified NISSAN CVT fluid in the CVT fluid charging pipe with the engine running at idle speed.
Fluid capacity and grade: Refer to "FLUIDS AND LUBRICANTS "
CAUTION: Only use the specified NISSAN CVT fluid. - Refill until new CVT fluid comes out from CVT fluid cooler hose (return side).NOTE: About 30 - 50% extra fluid will be required for this procedure.
- Check fluid level and condition. Refer to
"CHECKING CVT FLUID ".CAUTION: Delete CVT fluid deterioration date with CONSULT-IIIafter changing CVT fluid. Refer to "CHECK CVT FLUID DETERIORATION DATE ".
