Removal and Installation: Removal

- Disconnect negative and positive battery cables, then wait at least 3 minutes.
- Remove headlining. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
- Remove three rearmost side curtain air bag module inflator bolts and unhook the side curtain air bag inflator.
- Disconnect side curtain air bag module connector.
- For removal/installation of the direct-connect SRS connectors, refer to "DIRECT-CONNECT SRS COMPONENT CONNECTORS ".
- Remove the side curtain air bag module bolts and remove the side curtain air bag module.
