Removal and Installation

Remove the rear wiper motor assembly. Refer to "REAR WIPER MOTOR ".
Disconnect the rear defroster electrical connectors.
Remove the back door top garnish assembly. Refer to "BACK DOOR TRIM ".
Remove the glass hatch stays.
Remove the glass hatch assembly.

CAUTION:

Be careful not to scratch the glass when removing.
Do not set or stand the glass on its edge. Small chips may develop into cracks.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
