Component Inspection

  1. CHECK TRUNK LAMP SWITCH
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect trunk lamp switch and trunk release solenoid connector.
    3. Check trunk lamp switch.
      CONTINUITY CHART

      Terminal Trunk condition Continuity
      Trunk lamp switch and trunk release solenoid
      2 3 OPEN Yes
      CLOSE No

      Is the inspection result normal? 

      YES: Inspection End.

      NO: Replace trunk lamp switch and trunk release solenoid.
