Removal and Installation of Front Brake Piping and Brake Hose: Removal

  1. Remove the front wheel and tire. Refer to "ADJUSTMENT ".
  2. Drain brake fluid. Refer to "DRAIN AND REFILL ".
  3. Disconnect brake hose from brake tube, using a suitable tool.
  4. Remove lock plate and then remove brake hose from bracket.

  5. Remove union bolt (A) and then remove brake hose from brake caliper assembly.
